How does it work?

<li>Download the MedecinDirect application</li>
<li>Create a patient account or log in with existing credentials</li>
<li>Description of symptoms via our secure messaging system, with options to upload relevant documents (photos, blood test reports, etc.)</li>
<li>Select your preferred consultation type—written or video. Our medical team will connect you with the most appropriate healthcare professional based on your situation.</li>
<li>Receive a medical opinion, diagnosis, and if necessary, an electronic prescription valid at pharmacies</li>

The platform offers 27 specialties including addiction medicine, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, endocrinology, diabetology, gastroenterology and hepatology, gynecology and obstetrics, general medicine, internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, ENT and maxillofacial surgery, pediatrics, pulmonology, psychiatry, radiology and oncology/radiotherapy; also rheumatology, sexology, sports medicine and biology; dietetics; psychology; homeopathy; nursing care; and adapted physical activity.
Who are the healthcare professionals providing consultations?
The practitioners conducting teleconsultations are also practicing in clinics or health centers and are all registered with the French Medical Council (CNOM). Every physician receives specific training in telemedicine from our Medical Directorate to ensure high-quality remote care.
